Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 September 2026

By using legalcrashreview.com or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

Legal Crash Review is an advertising and lead referral service. It is not a law firm, a lawyer, or a lawyer referral service, and it does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, case evaluations, or legal representation. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your state.

Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship with Legal Crash Review or with any law firm. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and a law firm sign a written engagement agreement. Do not send confidential information through this site expecting it to be treated as privileged, because it is not.

Advertising compensation

Advertising on this site is paid for by participating attorneys in a joint advertising program. Participating attorneys are independent of each other and of Legal Crash Review, and you can request a participating attorney by name from the Participating Attorneys page. That compensation may affect which firm receives a given request. Requests are not routed based on any assessment of legal merit, and we make no representation about the quality, competence, or suitability of any participating firm. You are free to contact any attorney you choose instead.

Eligibility and accuracy

You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to submit a form. You agree that the information you provide is true, that the phone number you provide is yours or one you are authorised to give consent for, and that you are the person named. Submitting someone else's contact details without their permission is a breach of these terms.

Reviews are limited to motor vehicle collisions that occurred in California or Georgia within the last 90 days. We may decline or discard any submission for any reason.

Consent to be contacted

If you tick the consent box, you give express written consent for Legal Crash Review and one participating law firm or attorney network to contact you at the number and email you provide, including by automated dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text, even if the number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a review. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@legalcrashreview.com.

No guarantee of outcome

No result is promised or implied. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any other matter. Any statement about timing, process, or possible steps is general information, not a prediction about your situation. Legal deadlines including statutes of limitations vary and can expire. Waiting may end your ability to bring a claim. Confirm any deadline with a licensed attorney.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

The site's content, layout, and marks are owned by Legal Crash Review or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

Third-party sites

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal Crash Review and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site, from any contact by a participating firm, or from any action or inaction by a participating firm. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Legal Crash Review harmless from claims, damages, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [[STATE OF FORMATION]], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [[COUNTY, STATE]], and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. Nothing here limits your right to bring a matter in small claims court.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
