- Reviews are limited to incidents within the last 90 days
- No fee to request a review — you decide whether to go further
- We never ask for a Social Security number, banking details, or medical records
Request your free review
Takes about a minute. All fields marked required.
Your request is in.
A participating law firm licensed in your state can review the details you provided.
- Expect a call or text from the reviewing firm, usually within one business day.
- Calls may come from an unfamiliar number. You are never obligated to continue.
- Questions about your submission? Email support@legalcrashreview.com.
How the review works
Three steps, and you can stop at any of them.
-
You send the basics
State, date, your role in the collision, and how to reach you. Nothing more is needed to start.
-
We pass it to a licensed firm
Your details go to one participating law firm or attorney network licensed in California or Georgia. We are not a law firm and we do not decide the merits of anything.
-
The firm follows up directly
They contact you to talk it through. If you decide not to go further, say so and the conversation ends. No fee is owed to us either way.
What we ask for, and what we never ask for
The form is deliberately short. Everything on it exists so a firm can tell whether the matter is one they can look at.
On the form
- State where the collision happened
- Date of the collision
- Your role — driver, passenger, pedestrian, and so on
- Whether another party was primarily responsible
- Whether a police report exists
- Name, phone, email, ZIP code
Never on the form
- Social Security number or driver's licence number
- Bank account, card, or payment information
- Medical records, diagnoses, or treatment history
- Insurance policy numbers
- Photographs or document uploads
If anyone claiming to represent this site asks for the items on the right before you have spoken to a law firm, stop and email support@legalcrashreview.com.
California and Georgia
General information only. Deadlines and exceptions vary by situation, and only a licensed attorney can tell you how they apply to a specific matter.
California
California generally sets a two-year deadline for personal injury claims and three years for property damage, with shorter notice periods when a government entity is involved. Reviews on this site cover collisions that occurred within the last 90 days.
Georgia
Georgia generally sets a two-year deadline for personal injury claims and four years for property damage, with different rules when a city or county is involved. Reviews on this site cover collisions that occurred within the last 90 days.
Nothing on this page is legal advice. Confirm any deadline with a licensed attorney in your state.
Questions people ask first
Is Legal Crash Review a law firm?
No. It is an advertising service that connects people with participating law firms and attorney networks. It does not provide legal advice, does not represent anyone, and does not take part in any attorney-client relationship that may later form.
What does the review cost?
Nothing. There is no fee to submit the form and no fee owed to Legal Crash Review at any point. If you later hire a law firm, that firm will explain its own fee arrangement to you directly in writing.
Who contacts me, and how?
One participating law firm or attorney network licensed in the state you selected. They may call, text, or email the contact details you provided. You can ask them to stop at any time, or reply STOP to any text message.
What happens to my information?
It is shared with the participating firm reviewing your request and with the service providers that operate this site. It is not sold to unrelated advertisers. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories in full, and California residents can use the Do Not Sell or Share page to submit a request.
Do I have to agree to automated calls?
No. The consent box is optional in the sense that you can skip the form entirely and email support@legalcrashreview.com instead. Consent is never a condition of receiving a review or of any purchase.
Can I choose which attorney reviews it?
Yes. You can request a participating attorney by name. The current list is on the Participating Attorneys page. Advertising on this site is paid for by participating attorneys in a joint advertising program, and they are independent of each other and of us.
Can you promise a result?
No, and neither can any law firm. Anyone who guarantees an outcome or an amount before reviewing the facts is not describing how these matters work. Prior results do not predict future ones.
